All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.

Canada

If your country isn’t listed, please contact us before placing an order.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.
Estimated delivery times:
UK: 2–4 business days
US & Canada: 7–14 business days
Please note that customs processing or postal delays may affect delivery times.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

When available, a tracking number will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@arabic-start.com within 30 days of your order.
We may request photos or proof of damage/loss.
Verified issues will be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or lost items.
To initiate a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery with proof of damage or loss.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect address entry.
