Welcome to Arabic Start! By purchasing our products or enrolling in our classes, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
1. Use of Products
- Digital products (downloads, worksheets, handouts) are for personal use only.
- Copying, sharing, or reselling digital products is strictly prohibited.
- Physical booklets are also for personal use and must not be copied, redistributed, or resold.
- All content is copyright protected.
2. Classes
- Classes are delivered online as live sessions. Recordings are not available to share.
- Enrollment covers access to live classes only.
- Refunds for classes are not available once the session has started.
- To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Learners should attend on time, follow instructions, and remain respectful during class.
3. Code of Conduct (Summary)
- Respectful behaviour is required for students, parents, and the teacher.
- Recording, screen-capturing, or sharing lessons is not permitted.
- Learners should be in a quiet environment with cameras on unless agreed otherwise.
- Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the class at the teacher’s discretion.
4. Use of Class Content for Marketing
- Arabic Start may occasionally use anonymous quotes, screenshots, student work, or audio clips for marketing purposes (website, social media, or emails).
- No faces or personally identifying images will be shown without explicit parent permission.
5. Payments & Refunds
- All products and classes must be paid for in advance.
- Refunds for digital products are not available.
- Refunds or returns for physical booklets follow our Refund & Returns Page.
6. Safety & Legal
- You agree not to misuse the Services or interfere with others’ access.
- Arabic Start retains the right to suspend access for violation of these terms.
7. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be posted here.
